Despite their young age, they possess extensive experience from their entrepreneurial families and have learned to lead successful businesses early on.
In addition to M&P, they also oversee other companies, highlighting their diverse experience and entrepreneurial skill. In our team at M&P, we combine expertise from various fields such as property management, finance, and customer service to offer you a first-class, tailored service.
Laura Pflippen was born in Germany and moved to Namibia with her parents as a child. After completing her high school education in Windhoek, she decided to relocate to the picturesque coastal town of Swakopmund to pursue a distance learning degree in Business Administration with a focus on sustainable tourism in Namibia. From a young age, Laura discovered her passion for entrepreneurship and always sought out new opportunities to develop and support businesses. This passion, combined with her love for the city of Swakopmund and the country of Namibia, as well as the recognized potential existing there, shapes her vision for the future. For several years now, Laura has been living in Swakopmund, where she successfully runs her own business. During this time, she has built close relationships with fellow citizens, business people, and the municipal administration, giving her a deep understanding of Swakopmund's needs.
Stefan's life path has been marked by a series of transitions between different countries and professional endeavors. His journey began in Germany before he moved to Namibia with his father during his teenage years. After completing school, he spent 2 years working on various farms in South Africa before returning to Hamburg to undergo training as a foreign trade clerk. Following his apprenticeship, he secured a position in sales at the company Remy in Hamburg. About 8 years ago, Stefan returned to Namibia to take over the management of the family businesses, including the Kambaku Safari Lodge. In addition to overseeing the properties, his focus lies on managing the lodge. His career trajectory demonstrates a diversity of experiences that aid him in navigating the challenges of property development in Namibia.
